Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EveryTongue.Church ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including churches (hosts) and congregation members (listeners).

2. Description of Service

EveryTongue.Church provides free, real-time sermon translation for churches. The Service captures spoken audio from a host session, transcribes it using speech recognition technology, translates it into selected languages, and delivers translated captions to listeners via web browser. The Service is provided free of charge by King Enterprises as a ministry gift.

3. Church-Only Usage

EveryTongue.Church is provided exclusively for:

• Sunday worship services and midweek Bible studies
• Church conferences, retreats, and special services
• Evangelistic events and outreach
• Mission services and cross-cultural ministry
• Any legitimate gathering advancing the Kingdom of God

4. Abuse Monitoring & Enforcement

We actively monitor all sessions for abuse and misuse to protect this free ministry:

• Session transcripts are stored for 30 days and periodically reviewed to ensure proper use
• Automated keyword scanning detects profanity, hate speech, sexual content, and non-church-related material
• Listeners and hosts can report concerns about content misuse
• All flagged content is reviewed by the EveryTongue team

Any confirmed abuse will be met swiftly with enforcement actions including but not limited to:

• Immediate account suspension or permanent ban
• IP address bans (individual and range-based)
• Email and email domain bans
• Phone number bans
• Church name and organization bans
• Geographic / zip code based restrictions
• Slug and URL bans

Bans are enforced through a graduated response system: first warning, then 7-day suspension, 30-day suspension, 90-day suspension, and finally permanent ban. However, egregious violations (hate speech, sexual content, threats) result in an immediate permanent ban with no warnings.

5. Church Registration

Churches must register to use the hosting features of the Service. By registering, the authorized representative of the church agrees to:

• Provide accurate and current registration information
• Use the Service only for its intended purpose of sermon translation during worship services and ministry events
• Be responsible for managing host sessions and ensuring content is appropriate
• Notify us of any security concerns or unauthorized use
• Accept that content will be monitored for abuse prevention

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Broadcast content that is not related to religious worship, church services, or Kingdom ministry
• Transmit profanity, hate speech, threats, or content that promotes violence
• Broadcast sexually explicit or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes or to generate revenue
• Circumvent bans or suspensions by creating new accounts or using different identifiers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

7. Free Service & No Warranty

This Service is provided free of charge as a ministry of King Enterprises. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for high accuracy in transcription and translation, we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy. AI-powered translation may contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole means of communication for critical information.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by King Enterprises. Sermon content remains the intellectual property of the church and its speakers. We claim no ownership over any content transmitted through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, King Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, translation errors, service interruptions, or data loss.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered churches of any significant changes.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or King Enterprises. This includes permanent bans enforced via IP address, email, phone number, geographic location, church name, or any other identifier.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
